Our Story
Founded in 2021 by Kevin Dodgshon, KOV Contracting has quickly built a strong reputation for precision, reliability, and quality workmanship throughout the Lower Mainland. Coming up to nearly 12 years of field experience, Kevin leads the company with a hands-on approach forged through years of working on major civil and residential infrastructure projects.
Before launching KOV, Kevin held leadership roles with several well-established firms, including Frazer Excavation, LA Contracting, and the City of Delta. His experience ranges from road building and underground utilities to foundation excavation, grading, backfilling, and full site preparation. His background as a Foreman, Heavy Equipment Operator, and Municipal Utility Operator has shaped KOV’s high standards for safety, communication, and efficiency on every job.
